Today in class we began by taking notes on Vocal anatomy including tips on how to write a good paper. I found it really helpful but only got half way through explaining how to do the task, it was also rather dull. After that we played blood potato, a game in which everyone is blindfolded and one person tries to catch and 'kill' the others, I find it helps my balance and also helps to develop listening skills and footwork. After this we lay on our yoga mats for relaxation and spinal work. The music played was kinda a mood killer but we soon got back into it once it was stopped. I liked the relaxation part but didn't agree with the stimulus provided (story of evolution). We had lunch and returned for Cheryl's class where we gather in a circle and were put into pairs for our future presentation of mime practitioners. I like my partner Steven and think we will work well together. We watched a video in class of the man with tape on his face which was inspiring. We then went to the library and researched the mime practitioners in pairs.I thought we made good progress and I'm looking forward to finding out everyones part in the panto tomorrow! :)
